LAYOUT
The entrance to the shared staircase is accessible via the portico steps. On the third floor is the entrance to the apartment. The hallway provides access to the bright living room, situated at the front of the apartment. Adjacent to the living room is a room that can be used as a bedroom, playroom, or office space, connected to the living room by sliding doors. The dining room is located at the back of the apartment and offers access to the balcony. The living room can be separated from the dining room by large glass ensuite doors. Next to the dining room is the new semi-open kitchen with an island. Modern appliances include an induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
