We assist the client at viewings of the properties that they would like to see.

After the viewing, we go over the property together and if interested, we will go through the documents and further examine the condition of the property, as well as determine the market value in order to be able to give a good advice.


If you decide to make a bid, we will guide you through the entire process of determining the tactics, making the bid, assist you with the deed of purchase and the deed of transport, the actual transfer and signing at the Notary. In short, all negotiations up to and including the delivery of the property.
