The kitchen is located at the rear of the apartment and is equipped with all appliances. At the rear of the apartment are also the bedrooms located. The master bedroom has a double bed with a spacious closet. The second bedroom is also equipped with a spacious closet can be used as an office space or second bedroom. STREET NAME:
The name Amstelveenseweg was introduced in Amsterdam in 1898, and was referred to in Amstelveen as Amstelveenseweg, Dorpsstraat, Handweg and Bovenkerkerweg. The road was one of the most important connecting roads from Amsterdam to the south of Holland and in the seventeenth century formed part of the Postweg from Amsterdam via Amstelveen to Alphen aan den Rijn, Leiden and beyond.

"Over 10 years we had the pleasure to live at 'De Amstelveenseweg 196-3'! A daughter of 2,5 years has done us decide to move to a new house outside of Amsterdam. With pain in our heart we have left this cool neighbourhood.
A few times a day to the supermarket, just because it is on a minute distance. The best coffee on the groundfloor, Anne & Max, a regular beer in our favourite pub, Bedier, something to celebrate at luxury restaurant Ron's Gastrobar just across the street and just before we left Amsterdam we discovered a new cool place in town 'Bonnie's'. The famous Vondelpark is on a 5 minute walking distance for a nice stroll or a run for one or more rounds. The bus to Schiphol airport (20 minutes) is on a 5 minute walk. Last the neighbourhood, it feels like a small village in a big city. Who will enjoy this place just as much as we did? "
