LAYOUT 
Via the porch stairs you have private access to the apartment on the first floor. Direct access to the hall. At the front of the apartment is the bright living room, which provides access to the balcony at the front. At the rear of the apartment the living room is adjacent to the dining area. Within the dining area there is an open kitchen with built-in appliances including an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. From the rear of the apartment there is access to the balcony located on the East.

Through the hallway there is access to the first bedroom located at the front of the apartment. This room provides access to the separate second balcony at the front. At the rear of the apartment is the second bedroom and third bedroom which can be used as a study or office space. The bathroom and a separate toilet are located in the hallway. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, bath and double sink.

AREA 
The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of greenery and is a short distance from the Amsterdamse Bos, the Vondelpark and Beatrixpark. The house is quietly located while all conveniences within the city are easily accessible. The lively Amstelveenseweg and Olympiaplein are just around the corner. Public transport is excellent. The Zuidas, Schiphol Airport and the center of Amsterdam can be reached within a short time.
